Meet the Orange County Team Behind Fielding ADU Orange County

Every addition, garage conversion, and ADU we build in Orange County carries one name, but it takes a crew of people who actually show up and do the work right. Ours is led by Reed Calloway and built around technicians and coordinators who have been on OC job sites long enough to know what the inspectors in Santa Ana, Anaheim, and Huntington Beach will flag before they flag it. No subcontractor roulette. No day-labor unknowns. You get the same background-checked, uniformed people from the first measurement to the final walkthrough.

Our People

Reed Calloway, Owner

Reed has been running Fielding ADU Orange County since the doors opened here, and he still walks every job before the crew breaks ground. His background is in residential construction management, and he has spent enough years in OC building departments to know which cities want a soils report and which ones will push back on a setback variance (the city’s written permission to build closer to the property line than the standard rule allows). Reed is the one who writes the price before any work starts, and he is the one who signs the one-year guarantee. He will tell you plainly: the cheapest bid usually costs the most by final inspection. When he is not on a site, he is usually on the phone with a plan checker or walking a lot in Fullerton with a tape measure.

Marcus T., Senior Installer

Marcus has been framing and finishing residential structures in Southern California for over fifteen years. He is certified in prefab and modular ADU installation, which means he has assembled units from Abodu, Cover, and Dvele on OC foundations, and he knows how to adjust for the slope and soil conditions we see in places like Orange and Tustin. Marcus is the guy who catches the small stuff before it becomes a change order, like a foundation bolt pattern that does not match the prefab chassis. He keeps a printed copy of the city’s ADU checklist in his truck and a photo of his two sons taped to the dash.

Dana R., Service Coordinator

Dana is the voice on the phone when you call Fielding ADU Orange County, and she has been coordinating construction schedules across Orange County for nearly eight years. She handles permits, inspection bookings, material deliveries, and the inevitable day when a concrete truck is late and the inspector is early. Dana knows the intake staff at most OC building departments by first name, which matters more than most people think. She is the reason your written price shows up when we say it will and your inspection dates actually land on the calendar. Outside work, she is a weekend runner on the Santiago Creek Trail.

Leo P., Apprentice

Leo joined Fielding ADU Orange County two years ago after finishing a construction technology program at a local trade school. He works under Marcus on framing, roofing, and finish work, and he has already assembled more than a dozen James Hardie siding installations across Orange County projects. Leo is the one on-site double-checking every measurement before a cut and keeping the job site swept and safe at the end of the day. He grew up in Garden Grove and still lives there, which means he has personal opinions about whether the city’s ADU parking rules make sense. They mostly do not, and he will say so.

One Standard, Every Job

Fielding ADU Orange County is an independently owned and operated member of the Garrison Partners family, which has been building to The Garrison Standard since 2006. That standard is not a marketing line. It is a short list: show up in the window, price in writing, build by the book, leave it clean, and stand behind it for a year. Every crew member in Orange County works under that same set of rules, whether the project is a garage conversion in Costa Mesa or a two-bedroom ADU in Yorba Linda. The written price comes before any work starts, and the one-year guarantee is on paper, not spoken. If something fails inside that year, we come back and correct it at no charge. That is the whole arrangement, and it is the same from Reed to Leo.
